Job Description The Customer Service Rep position for Pest Control Insulation assists by handling a broad variety of business process needs commonly found in a busy B2B environment.
The position will include frequent phone contact with clients as well as vendors as orders are taken and processed to completion.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process orders received from a variety of customers nationwide.
Steps include:
a) Securing shipping quotes for orders.
b) Issuing Purchase Orders to PCI manufacturers.
c) Monitoring shipment of products to ensure delivery as specified.
d) Billing customers in a timely and accurate manner.
e) Phone support for shipments, trouble shooting.
General office support, including reconciliation of freight logs to internal orders.
Work with other members of the PCI team including management and support staff as needed to meet customer needs.
Manage communications as needed including telephone calls, email messages Create client invoices in online billing systems.
Accurately process credit card payments received from clients.
A/P assistance- review bills and payments for accuracy, and file appropriately.
Light bookkeeping assistance for CFO.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Good verbal communication skills incorporating an ability to clearly convey core information needed to support office functions.
Solid self confidence Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Must be a self-starter able to work intuitively and collaboratively to deliver a very high service level.
High school diploma QuickBooks experience desirable, but not required.
At least two years' experience in an office environment.
Shipping/freight experience desirable, but not required.
