Job Description The Admin Clerk/Receptionist position for Pest Control Insulation assists by handling a broad variety of business process needs commonly found in a busy B2B environment.
The position will include working collaboratively learn and maximize procedural efficiencies.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
General office support, including receiving payment information and process payments.
A/P assistance- review and enter bills, oversee payment distribution.
Reconcile and input client invoices via online billing portals.
A/R assistance - monitoring and following up with A/R issues.
Process credit card payments received from clients.
Assisting with occasional admin support needs, such as preparing reports.
Answering phones and handling transfers, forwarding emails to appropriate staff.
Responsible for maintenance of company filing system.
(Electronic and hard copy) Work with other members of the team including management and support staff as needed to meet customer needs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Good verbal communication skills incorporating an ability to clearly convey core information needed to support office functions.
Solid self confidence Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, & Outlook.
Must be a self-starter able to work intuitively and collaboratively to deliver a very high service level.
High school diploma Prior experience in an office environment or equivalent training.
QuickBooks experience desirable, but not required.
